Just tell it. Yaven runs your life.
One AI assistant for the two things every other app splits apart: the people you care about and the admin that runs your household. Speak it, type it, or snap a photo of it — Yaven files it, plans it, remembers it, and keeps watching it while you get on with your day.
- Voice, text, photo & files
- Your data never touches a model directly

Yaven
listening
Why everything else falls short
The tools you use today were never designed to understand your life — or the people in it.
Other apps make you do the work
Fill in forms. Tap through menus. Manually add every detail. Yaven lets you just talk — the AI creates, organizes, and files everything.
Generic templates, zero personalization
Birthday card apps send the same "Happy Birthday!" to everyone. Yaven writes greetings using your actual memories and relationship history.
Nothing connects your people to your plans
Contacts live in one app, calendar in another, notes in a third. Yaven links people, events, memories, and shared plans into one intelligent system.
You talk. Yaven builds. Everyone collaborates.
No forms. No menus. Just tell Yaven what you need — by voice, text, photo, or file — and a multi-agent AI creates structured, shareable content powered by everything it knows about your relationships.
Just Talk — Yaven Builds Everything
This is the core. Speak, type, snap a photo, or drop in a PDF — Yaven's multi-agent AI parses your intent and instantly creates structured cards, lists, reminders, events, people profiles, and greeting cards, then files them where they belong. "Plan a trip to Rome." "Remind me about Sarah's surgery next week." "I need a grocery list." No forms. No menus. Voice or text, any language.

One Stash for Everything You Build
Trips, shopping lists, checklists, notes, drawings, files, events, reminders, people, plans, memories — every artifact Yaven creates lands in a single Stash you can filter, search, and reopen in one tap. Active, completed, archived, even the AI's own suggestions all live here. Think of it as a smart folder that organizes itself, with a tab for everything you've ever asked Yaven to make.

Greeting Cards Powered by Your Memories
Not another "Happy Birthday" template. Yaven writes truly personal greetings because it knows your people — their hobbies, your shared memories, inside jokes, what they care about. The AI pulls from up to 10 real memories to craft a message that feels like you wrote it. Full designer with colors, fonts, stickers, photo upload with pinch-to-zoom, 20+ languages — switch language and the greeting regenerates instantly while keeping your design.

Shareable Cards Anyone Can Edit Together
Say "Plan a trip to Italy" and Yaven builds a complete card — itinerary, checklists, recommendations, budget. Then share it via a link. Your partner taps it, joins as an editor, and you're planning together in real time. Check off packing items, add restaurant picks, post in the discussion thread. This isn't just travel — it works for house purchases, event planning, project checklists, anything. One message creates it, one link shares it, role-based access keeps it safe.

Shared Spaces — A Living Room for Your Circle
Create a "Family" space and drop in a shared grocery list, vacation plan, and holiday checklist — everyone sees everything, all in one place. Invite anyone via a link. Editors add items, check things off, and post in discussions. The owner controls roles and access. Think of it as a shared dashboard for any group — family, roommates, friend trips, project teams.

Relationship Wrapped — Your Monthly Highlight Reel
Like Spotify Wrapped, but for your relationships. Every month: a swipeable 5-card story — total memories created, your top 5 people ranked by interactions, activity breakdown, your longest relationship streak, and a personalized AI observation about your patterns. Each card is designed to share. Show the world how you stay connected.

An AI That Acts Before You Ask
Yaven doesn't wait. The Coach engine auto-generates reconnect drafts when you've been silent for 10+ days — warm, personal messages based on what it knows about your relationship, ready to send via WhatsApp in one tap. It suggests gift ideas with "Find & Buy" links based on someone's actual interests. It surfaces memories from past years on today's date. It scans the next 30 days and pre-builds action plans. You open the app and everything is already done.

Throw anything at it. It knows where it goes.
A photo of a wedding invitation isn't one thing — it's an event, a person, and a gift you need to buy in time. Yaven reads it once and files all three, in the right places, with your approval.
You give it
- Snap a photoInvitation, receipt, prescription, form
- Share from any appEmail, chat, browser — Yaven is in the share sheet
- Drop a documentPDF, DOCX, XLSX — read and understood
- Paste textA forwarded message, a note, anything
Yaven reads it
Extracts every intent, rates its own confidence, and shows you the proposals before committing.
You approve · you can undoIt files, all at once
One input, several outcomes — each landing in the part of the app that owns it, already linked to the right person and date.
It asks when it isn't sure
Confident, low-stakes items file themselves. Anything ambiguous — a name it can't match, a date it half-read — comes back as a question with options, not a silent guess.
Everything is undoable
Approved by mistake? One tap reverses it — the event is cancelled, the contact removed. People who already existed on your tree are never deleted by an undo.
Every result traces back
The original file is kept and linked to whatever it produced. Open any event, reminder, or contact Yaven created and you can pull up the photo it came from.
Stop asking. Start assigning.
Every other assistant answers once and forgets. Give Yaven a Watch and it keeps working — checking a real source over and over, deciding for itself whether anything changed enough to be worth your attention.

Rain moved into Sep 14–15. Notified you.
Pack a jacket — rain now forecast for two of your days.
Three silent checks. One notification. That ratio is the feature.
It runs without you
Set the goal once. Yaven re-checks on its own schedule — hourly, daily, over a date range — for as long as the goal is open.
It judges before it interrupts
Every check is diffed against the last one, then evaluated against your instruction. A change that doesn't matter never becomes a notification.
It leaves a trail
Findings land in an Activity feed you can scroll back through — so you can see what it saw, not just the alert it sent.
Just say it out loud
Weather and GitHub work out of the box — no API keys, no setup. More sources connect from Settings.
It also runs the boring half of your life
The paperwork, the renewals, the pills, the receipts, the chores. All the things that live in eleven different apps and one drawer — handled by the same assistant that remembers your mother's birthday.
Document vaults that warn you before things expire
Thirteen ready-made vaults — insurance, health, finance, IDs, legal, travel, education and more. Drop in a policy PDF and Yaven reads the real numbers out of it. Anything with an expiry date surfaces on your home screen before it lapses, not after.

Medications & health
Dose schedules with reminders, conditions, and doctors — plus a sync from your phone's health data so weight and activity land in the same place.
Expenses
Say what you spent and it's logged and categorised. Monthly totals on the home screen — no receipts to scan, no spreadsheet to open.
Subscriptions
Every recurring charge in one list with its renewal date, so the annual one you forgot about doesn't quietly renew again.
Habits & streaks
Track the things you're trying to keep doing. Streaks with real tiers, visible on the home screen where they actually nag you.
Chores
Who does what, and when it's due. Assignable inside a Shared Space so the household sees the same list.
Shopping staples
Yaven learns what you rebuy and how often, then puts it on the list before you run out. Add items by voice mid-cook.
Meeting notes from your voice
Hit record, talk, and get a structured summary with the action items pulled out — then let Yaven turn those into real reminders.
Your day, assembled overnight
A planner job runs while you sleep: it materialises the day's occasions, drafts the plan, and has tomorrow ready before you wake up.
Six tabs. One unified hub.
Yaven is structured around six core surfaces — every action, card, and memory has an obvious home, and the AI weaves them together.
Home
Your daily cockpit. Today metrics, proactive AI suggestions, on-this-day memories, streaks, message drafts, and quick-create chips.
Feed
The conversation itself. Voice, text, photos and files all flow into one assistant, and the cards it builds appear inline as it works.
Stash
Mission control. Every card, list, note, drawing, file, plan and memory you've ever created — filtered by category, status or search.
Calendar
Day, week, month, agenda views. Bidirectional Google Calendar sync. Birthdays, anniversaries, and AI-created reminders all in one place.
People
Your relationship tree, as a list or as a force-directed graph. Tap a node to open a person hub: memories, occasions, gifts, drafts, streaks.
Plans
Daily and weekly action plans materialized by the planner job. Run it manually or let it work overnight on a fresh agenda for tomorrow.
The only assistant with a games arcade in it
Every other productivity app assumes you want to open it. Yaven gives you a reason to — a genuine arcade, daily puzzles you play against your friends, and a shared canvas. It's the part nobody else bothered to build, and it's why the assistant stays in your pocket instead of your app graveyard.
IQ Arena
30+ mini-games, a career mode, full IQ testing and 26 achievements to chase. Plus Grid Commander, Battle Sheep and Battleship.
Daily puzzles & leaderboards
A fresh seeded set every day — everyone plays the same board. Scores rank against your friends and the world, so there's a reason to come back tomorrow.
Draw together
A shared canvas for sketching, mind-maps and quick whiteboards — open it from the assistant chat or keep it as its own card.
Relationship Wrapped
A monthly swipeable story: memories created, your top five people ranked, your longest streak, and an AI read on your patterns. Built to be shared.
Plus everything else you'd expect
All the essentials, built in — so you never need another app.
Smart Contact Import
AI reads your call history, ranks contacts by how often you actually talk, classifies each as family/friend/colleague, and imports in one tap.
AI Profile Builder
For thin profiles, Yaven asks targeted questions — voice or text — then polishes and saves the answers itself. No form-filling.
Relationship Graph
See your people as a force-directed graph or a clean list. Tap any node for memories, occasions, gifts, drafts and streaks.
Universal Cards
Trips, shopping lists, checklists, notes, drawings, structured cards — one card spec, infinite shapes. The AI picks the right one.
Relationship Streaks
Track consistency with each person. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers for consecutive days of real interaction.
Voice Companion
A hands-free voice screen. Ask about your people, dictate plans, or just talk. Live transcription, spoken and written replies.
Calendar & Google Sync
Day, week, month and agenda views, with two-way Google Calendar sync and AI-created reminders that actually push.
Knowledge Base Search
Ask "what does Sarah like to eat?" and Yaven searches every memory, note and file in your library for the answer.
Web Search
Ask anything beyond your own data — Yaven searches the web and answers conversationally, in the same chat.
Keep In Touch
Gone quiet with someone? Yaven notices, and writes a warm opener based on your history — ready to send in one tap.
On This Day
Memories and milestones from past months and years resurface on today's date — a small daily nudge about what matters.
Weather & Places
Local forecasts on the home screen, plus places and maps woven into trips and plans — so a day out is planned in context.
Idea Capture
Half-formed thoughts get a home instead of a dead note app. Say it once and Yaven keeps it where you'll find it again.
20+ Languages
Write a card in another language and the greeting regenerates instantly, keeping your design — handy for a multilingual family.
Promo Codes & Credits
Redeem a code to top up your AI balance instantly. Friends, testers and partners get their own — no card needed.
Get started in 3 simple steps

Straight answers
The things people actually ask before they install.
What does it cost?
Yaven is free to start. Yaven Pro is $8.99/month: it removes every ad in the app and includes 2,500 Yaven Credits every month — about 500 chat turns or 150 voice replies. The monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period, so they're meant to be used, not banked.
What are Yaven Credits, and why not just "unlimited AI"?
Credits are what AI work actually costs, passed through honestly. A chat turn, a voice reply, a generated card, an image read — each spends a small amount. We'd rather show you the meter than promise "unlimited" and then throttle you quietly. You can top up in the app or redeem a promo code any time.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your phone never talks to an AI model directly — every request goes through Yaven's own backend, which handles redaction and keeps an audit trail before anything reaches a model. Your relationships, documents and memories are yours.
Does Yaven read my notifications or messages?
No. Yaven only ever sees what you hand it — what you say, type, photograph, or share into the app. Nothing is collected in the background.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, and without emailing anyone. Settings → Delete account wipes your data from our servers. There's also a public deletion page on this site if you'd rather start there.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Both ways. Events Yaven creates appear in Google Calendar, and your existing calendar shows up inside Yaven alongside birthdays, occasions and AI-created reminders.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet — Yaven is on Google Play today, and iOS is in the plan. The app is built cross-platform, so it's a matter of shipping, not rewriting.
Do I have to fill in profiles for everyone I know?
No — that's the part Yaven is designed to remove. Import contacts in a tap and it ranks and classifies them for you, then it builds profiles by asking you the occasional question, or by picking things up from what you tell it in normal conversation.
