Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your Yaven account and all associated data at any time. We provide multiple ways to do this:

Option 1: Delete From Within the App

1. Open the Yaven app on your device
2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon or your profile)
3. Scroll down to Account Management
4. Tap "Delete My Account"
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Yaven account.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and authentication data
• All relationship profiles and people data you created
• Conversation history with the AI assistant
• Calendar events and reminders created in Yaven
• Greeting cards and drawings
• To-do lists, shopping lists, and trip plans
• Brain game scores, achievements, and IQ test results
• Shared Spaces you own (collaborators will lose access)
• All associated files, photos, and voice recordings
• Push notification tokens and preferences

Data Retention After Deletion

• All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained.
• Data required by law for record-keeping purposes may be retained as required.
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
